Chambers Vintage is a collection of vintage and up-cycled garments hand-selected by designer Kym Chambers. We hold a central belief in sustainability, social justice and lowering our ecological footprint.
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. All shipping costs for the return will be covered by us. Please note, Chambers Vintage accepts returns for store credit only.
Intimates and lingerie are final sale.
If a sale is listed/marketed as "FINAL SALE" any items purchased at final sale price may not be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be shipped back in their original condition - unworn and unwashed - within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping label will be emailed to you.
You will be issued a store credit that will include the total value of your returned item plus tax.
Store credit does not expire.
We 100% believe in every piece that we offer in our collection. Please keep in mind that the majority of our items are 20 years or older and/or pre-owned. We do our best to make sure that any irregularities in an item are both photographed and detailed in each product description for you to review prior to purchase.Please be sure to read our product descriptions carefully so that you
are aware of the condition of your purchase.

Estimated Shipping Time
North America (lower 48 states, Canada, Mexico): 4-7 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: 5-7 business days
Everywhere Else: 1-4 weeks

Pick-up times are Monday - Friday 11am-7pm EST. To schedule your pick-up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The pick-up address will also be sent via email only. We are currently not offering pick-ups on weekends, but if you need an accommodation please feel free to ask via email! We will do our best to accommodate your schedule!
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If a package is returned due to the refusal to pay custom charges, you will be given the option to repay the original shipping charge and have the package resent. Otherwise, you will forfeit your order and receive a 50% refund on your order (after taxes). If you have any concerns, please make all inquiries before placing your order.
