All orders over $50 ship free, while orders under $50 ship for $4.99 (lower 48 states only).
International shipping is available and shipping rates will be provided at checkout with the entry of your shipping location.
Orders will ship within 4 days from your purchase date.

North America (lower 48 states, Canada, Mexico): 4-7 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: 5-7 business days
Everywhere Else: 1-4 weeks

Local Pick-up
You can pick up your purchase at Chambers Vintage Studio in the village of Saugerties NY Monday - Friday 10-2pm, Sat-Sun 11-5pm. To schedule your pick-up, please email kym@chambersvintage.com. The pick up address will be sent to you via email. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule!
Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If a package is returned due to the refusal to pay custom charges, you will be given the option to repay the original shipping charge and have the package resent. Otherwise, you will forfeit your order and receive a 50% refund on your order (after taxes). If you have any concerns, please make all inquiries before placing your order.

Return Policy
Chambers Vintage accepts returns for store credit only. Returns must be shipped back in their original condition - unworn and unwashed - within 14 days of delivery.
Our return policy only applies to items purchased on our website (www.chambersvintage.com), our social channels or items purchased in-person at an event with Kym or another hired associate.
Sale items and intimates are final sale.

Your store credit will include the total value of your returned item plus tax minus a 3% re-stocking fee. Store credit does not expire and may be used only on Chambers Vintage collection.
Store credit may NOT be used to purchase items from third party (other) brands, collections or collaborations available on our site or in-person.
Chambers Vintage items purchased through our retail partners are subject to their return policy, not ours. We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased through our retail partners.
We 100% believe in every piece that we offer in our collection. Please keep in mind that the majority of our items are 20 years or older and/or pre-owned. We do our best to make sure that any irregularities in an item are both photographed and detailed in each product description for you to review prior to purchase.
